Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed today held monthly APC Townhall Meeting with participants drawn from all 16LGs across the state, including party Exco, top government officials and members of the public in attendance. Highlights:
1. Kwara to fund on going and new infrastructure projects to completion as N1b is released to contractors handling road projects in March under IFK.
2. Ahmed Administration to upscale MSME support with injection of addition funds targeted at women and youths across the state
3. Maigida Soludero Transit Scheme to be flagged off soon as Governor Ahmed announces plan to also commence construction of KWASU Osi Campus
4. To stem Farmers/Herdsmen Clash and streamline security arrangements, vigilante Groups in the state to be streamlined under control of State Police Command while police steps up campaign against unlawful possession of arms.
