Suspected Kidnapper, Evans has filed a law suit at a Federal High Court in Lagos to compel the Nigerian Police Force to either charge him to court release him from custody.
This was made known by Channels TV correspondent, Victor Mbidi on his Twitter Account.

Evans, who was apprehended by the inspector-general of police intelligence response team led by Abba Kyari, an assistant commissioner of police is yet to be arraigned before any court after 2 weeks of his arrest.
The police had placed a N30 million bounty on Evans before his arrest.
