Jamie Redknapp accused Arsenal of having ‘no leaders’ after they conceded a ‘disgusting’ goal in the first half of their clash with West Brom at The Hawthorns.
Craig Dawson ghosted in unmarked from the edge of the Arsenal box to head his side into the lead after only 12 minutes.
Alexis Sanchez hauled his side level three minutes later before Hal Robson-Kanu and Dawson put West Brom back in front. At half-time, Redknapp blasted Arsene Wenger’s side for the way they fell behind. ‘It’s a disgusting goal to concede,’ Redknapp said on Sky Sports. ‘When you have set-pieces against you against a team like West Brom, you have to defend correctly.
‘Aaron Ramsey should be a leader and he has to pick him up, he has to get tight, block the run, instead he just goes through and it’s so easy.
