Supreme Court has on Wednesday, confirmed Ahmed Makarfi as the authentic Chairman of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen, led the five-member panel comprising Tanko Muhammad, Bode Rhodes-Vivour, Kayode Ariwoola, Dattijo Muhammad to deliver the judgement in Abuja.
