If you are a customer of Polaris Bank, it’s won’t be news to you, that the bank has been facing a major network issue across all transaction channels nationwide since Monday, that has rendered customers helpless.
Social media has been agog with comments from angry customers ever since an initial statement was made via their Twitter account, asking that customers bear with them as they resolve the issues.

Some glimmer of hope however has been restored today, as customers can now use their electronic cards at ATM’s and can also carry out transactions at branches nationwide.
