Nigeria’s customer-centric telco, 9mobile has assured that despite the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it would not stop innovating and delighting customers with best-in-class services and products.
Acting Director, Marketing, 9mobile, Layi Onafowokan, gave the assurance in a recent interview.
Onafowokan, who explained that customers come first in all 9mobile does, said the company would reciprocate their loyalty and faith in the brand with rewards, especially considering the economic effects of COVID-19.
“These rewards will come in the form of giveaways; more value-added services, more efficient processes, and a whole lot more. As we are widely known for, we will innovate around many of the things we are already doing to make them better and deliver improved value to our customers,” said Onafowokan.
He added that the financing 9mobile received in the last quarter of 2019 is allowing the telco inject new investments into its network and general infrastructure base, assuring that customers are in for a great experience.
The Acting Marketing Director enjoined customers to observe the brand as there are exciting times ahead.
“An effective way to do this will be to get a 9mobile line if you’ve not had one before or reactivate your idle or existing 9mobile line and start using it again,” he said.
